Melt the milk chocolate in a large glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave.
300 grams Milk chocolate
Stir in the biscuits and marshmallows (reserve a handful of each for the topping).
100 grams Digestive biscuits, 100 grams Epic Snax Mini Marshmallows
Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray and press out into a large rectangle.
Scatter over the reserved marshmallows and biscuits, plus any other toppings you like.

Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until set, then break into pieces and enjoy!
