Rich cookie dough

Made using brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract, butter, flour and eggs, the cookie dough is rich and full of flavour. Chopped Mars Bars are folded into the cookie dough.

Roll the cookie dough

The secret to thick, soft and chewy cookies is rolling chilled dough into balls. They will melt and spread out in the oven but give you a perfect cookie texture.

Leave space between the cookies

The cookies will spread in the oven, so remember leave plenty of space between each one. It's best to bake them in batches on large, flat baking trays.

Shaping perfectly round cookies

This is such a fab baking hack! As soon as the cookies are out of the oven, use a round cutter to scoop the cookies into a perfectly round shape. 

Extra Mars Bar chunks

For even more Mars Bar deliciousness, you can push a few extra chunks into the top of the warm freshly baked cookies.
